Jay Westman – President / Owner
Mr. Westman has been involved in the home building and land development industry
for over 30 years and is the owner of Jayman MasterBUILT, one of the largest home
builders in Alberta. Jay brings a vast knowledge of residential construction and
real estate experience to the company and has successfully completed numerous real
estate projects throughout Canada and the United States over the last three decades.
Cam Hart – General Manager
Mr. Hart has a Masters degree in Urban Planning and has been involved in the real
estate and land development industry for over 13 years. During this period, Cam
has worked on a wide variety of real estate projects in many locations in Western
Canada and the US, including numerous greenfield residential developments, multifamily
development projects and the acquisition of revenue properties. His focus has been
on land acquisition, financial analysis, municipal approvals and entitlements, contract
negotiation, political liaison and overall development management. Cam Hart is an
active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Urban Development Institute
(UDI).
Chad Blash, P.Eng. – Development Manager
As a Professional Engineer, Mr. Blash has over 7 years experience with a wide assortment
of municipal, land development and infrastructure projects with roles in planning
approvals, conceptual design, life cycle costing and variance analysis, detailed
design and project management. Over Chad’s career he has represented the interests
of consulting firms, municipalities and developers in various capacities and has
been directly involved in numerous municipal infrastructure projects as well as
several green-field and brown-field developments. Chad Blash is an active member
of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Urban Development Institute (UDI).
Nicole Westman – Land Coordinator
Ms.Westman has a Business Degree with a Major in Management from Griffith University,
and a Marketing Diploma from SAIT. Over the past 5 years Nicole has developed diverse
experience in the Real Estate industry, working in new home sales, marketing and
customer service. Nicole’s primary focus at Tamani is coordinating the marketing
and sales, ensuring congruency with Tamani’s objectives and working on the day to
day land development operations for Tamani’s projects in both the Calgary and Edmonton
regions.
